Use a color photo of your choice and create the following color effects (as per Nigel French’s video) – you should hand in four separate works of the same photo with the following effects:
Create a fluorescent duotone
Apply a monochrome look
Split toning of the image
Freestyle: Create a color effect of your choice
For this task I chose one of my older macro shots of a very unique moss I found in the mountains in Norway. I think it has a nice amount of colors and defined shapes,that would work good with the task. Although I have the RAW file somewhere on my computer, I worked with the edited JPEG in Adobe Photoshop. I have to admit, I have experimented with different photo edits for my photos on Adobe Lightroom before, so I had a brief idea how to achieve the desired looks, but it was still helpful to learn how to do it in Photoshop as well.

For the freestyle I chose to make a selective color mode of the photo. I boosted the reds and orange, while fading out all of the other colors.
